Frinell Risk Advisors is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager to add to our team. The primary role for this position is to learn and gain knowledge of personal insurance as 
you will work alongside experienced Account Managers to assist them with completing tasks related to their daily work.
Job Duties:
Duties include assisting account managers and producers in servicing our personal lines
insurance clientele which include:

o Answering phones
o Scanning
o Filing (Paperless)
o Responding to client requests for information, documents, and general insurance inquiries.
o Prepare and distribute proof of insurance
o Taking payments
o Submit first report of claims
o Processing changes
o Quoting new business
o Remarketing existing accounts
o Preparing proposals and summaries of insurance
o Assigning downloads
o and other special projects as directed by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
○ Insurance license preferred but will consider those new to industry who are willing to obtain a license after initial 90-day probationary period.
○ Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
○ High attention to detail
○ Able to prioritize and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
○ Must be comfortable with internet-based programs as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products. Knowledge of AMS360 agency management system preferred, but not required
